There's no limit on the number of users who can join a room. Share the Room ID with as many people as you want.

Messages are stored encrypted in RAM memory and automatically deleted after 5 minutes of inactivity. You can also manually end the chat at any time, which immediately deletes all messages and room data.

Rooms reset their 5-minute inactivity timer with each message, image, video, voice message, or activity. As long as you're chatting, the room stays active indefinitely. During live audio/video calls, the timer is paused - it only starts counting after the call ends. Rooms only expire from manual termination or server crash (rare).

No automatic saving feature exists by design. If you want to keep something, copy-paste it before the chat expires.

No. Once messages are deleted (either automatically or manually), they are permanently gone and cannot be recovered.

Yes. HideGhost supports encrypted peer-to-peer audio and video calls between users in the same room.

HideGhost cannot be used for illegal activities, harassment, distribution of illegal content, solicitation of minors, or any activity that violates our Terms of Service.

Reports are received but we cannot take action. All data is encrypted and anonymous - we have no way to identify users or verify reports.
